- Tags must be attached, and the item must be unworn.
- Items must be free of any smells (perfume, smoke, etc.) and animal hair.
- Shipping will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost when shipping items back to us.
- We do not offer refunds, only store credit. We will issue a credit back to your account that you can use on your next purchase.
