Refund policy

We want you to love everything that you get from us, but we realize that when shopping online, that isn't always the case. You can view our return policy below:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Tags must be attached, and the item must be unworn.
  • Items must be free of any smells (perfume, smoke, etc.)  and animal hair.
  • Shipping will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost when shipping items back to us.
  • We do not offer refunds, only store credit. We will issue a credit back to your store account that you can use on your next purchase. You will receive an email that store credit has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it. It will be located under "Use Store Credit" on the Checkout page, under Payment Method.
  • Your expected refund processing time back to your store account is 1 business day
  • Clearance, Pre-Order, and Door Buster Pricing are always Final Sale.
  • You are allowed 2 returns a month; after that, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
